Fountain Carvers   The Club The Fountain Carvers are residents of Del Web's Spruce Creek Country Club who meet at the Clubhouse to learn, share, and enjoy the craft of wood carving.  In addition, the members share a camaraderie that is evident by the cheerful banter during our meetings and extends to the club's organized social events.  The club encourages all art forms using wood including whittling, chip carving, relief carving, carving in the round, wood burning, intarsia, and kolrosing Meetings The club meets in the Craft Room at the Clubhouse on Tuesday mornings from  8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and Tuesday evenings from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM.  Many members also join the Arts & Crafts club to extend their wood crafting pleasure on Friday mornings from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.  Arts & Crafts has extended an invitation for Fountain Carvers to share the room on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 10:00 PM Oh, did we mention the coffee available at our Tuesday meetings. Membership Interested residents are encouraged to attend any of our scheduled meetings to experience the club and it's activities.  We recommend attending the club for two to three meetings before making a membership decision.    Membership requires a low annual fee of $5.00.  The club officers typically attend the meetings and are available for questions.  The club officers communicate all notices and club information to members via e-mail which is great for our many snowbirds. Projects The club is fortunate to have some very talented members and we take great pride in presenting some of their work on "Our Work" page.
